Return Policy

All items must be returned no later than 30 days after making your purchase.

All Full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with hangtags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

All face mask and neck gaiter orders are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Face masks, neck gaiters and bamboo straws are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Made For The People does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are Final Sale.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a return. All items purchased with a promotional code are also a final sale and not eligible for a return. Made For The People does not honour price adjustments.

Process For Returns

Please note Made For The People only accepts returns. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and re-purchase the correct item.

To return a product, please email, with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number”. Return requests must be emailed within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, Made For The People will provide you with an online return merchandise authorization (RMA#) via email. Please include the RMA# with the package you are returning.

The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to Made For The People within 30 days from the date your RMA# was issued. 
If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the 30 day time frame, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

Once your return has been received by our distribution centre in Toronto, Canada, you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card, less original shipping costs.

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.


Items returned without an RMA# will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense. Made For The People reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Made For The People is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
